What the show is about
Most advice for founders covers what to build and how to test an idea. Much less of it covers selling what you've built, marketing it, and running the business that grows around it.
Each episode is a conversation with someone who does that work. We talk about how they find customers, how a sale comes together, how they market, and what they've learned from running or working in a business.
Guests come from startups, traditional businesses, family businesses and everything in between.

How it works
The conversation
The episode is an open conversation. I ask, you answer, and we follow where it goes. There's no fixed script, because every guest and every business is different.
The lesson
After each episode I make a separate video and a write-up that turn our conversation into lessons for builders. You see the write-up before it goes up.
